All works are carried out to the customer notes that will be available with your estimate as a paper version or to download here unless otherwise agreed in writing. All works started and being carried out by myself enters you the customer and myself into a contract based on the estimate and customer notes. All works that are carried out verbally and agreed as a verbal price based on the estimate from the spreadsheet is what you agree to.
